Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) has been concluded between MSU Metal Dünyası (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the Member / User (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) under the following terms.

Buyer: The Buyer, by accepting this Agreement, receives service within the framework of the terms determined by the Seller with the contact information provided after the order.
2. Subject matter of the contract
This Agreement regulates the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the purchase of the products offered by the Seller over the internet by the Buyer.
3. Order and Contract Formation
When the Buyer completes the payment process by adding the products on the Seller’s website to the shopping cart, this Agreement is concluded between the parties. When the Seller confirms the order, the contract becomes legally valid.
4. Products and Prices
The Buyer learns the prices and specifications of the products ordered from the information available on the Seller’s website. The Seller shall clearly present the prices of the products, product specifications and payment terms to the Buyer.
Product prices shall be the prices on the website and the prices in effect at the time of the order. Prices may be changed by the Seller at any time, but no price changes may be made with respect to the order placed.
5. Payment
The Buyer may pay for the products by credit card, debit card or other payment methods through the website.
When the Buyer completes the payment process after order confirmation, if the payment is successful, the order will be processed and product shipment will be initiated.
6. Delivery
Products for which payment has been completed by the buyer will be sent to the specified delivery address within 5 business days. Delivery will be made to addresses within the borders of Turkey.
Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products and the Buyer will be informed in case of a possible delay.
7. Return and Exchange
The buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only valid for unused, original and undamaged products in their original packaging. Return and exchange requests can be notified in writing to info@msumetaldunyasi.com.
In return and exchange processes, the shipping fee will be borne by the Buyer, but when the product is faulty or incorrectly sent, the shipping fee is borne by the Seller.
8. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days in distance sales contracts. The right of withdrawal starts from the date the Buyer receives the product.
In case of a return request using the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to send the product back to the Seller. The use of the right of withdrawal is only valid for products that have not been used and are in their original packaging.
9. Seller’s Obligations
The Seller is obliged to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer on time and in accordance with the conditions specified in the contract. Furthermore, the Seller must ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding the quality and safety of the products.
10. Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer is obliged to pay for the purchased products in full. The Buyer is obliged to immediately inform the Seller of any defect or damage to the product from the date of receipt of the product.
11. Legal Status and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices.
The Agreement shall be valid in accordance with Turkish law and in particular the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code.
